Chris Waples

Chris has over 20 years of experience in the building and construction industry working on a wide range of infrastructure projects servicing the residential, commercial and public sectors.

Over the past 12 years, Chris has estimated a variety of large-scale road infrastructure projects and is skilled at preparing quantity take-offs and first principles estimates to client requirements. He is also experienced in reporting, coordinating and scheduling of projects and contracts.

Chris is a highly-skilled user of On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Benchmark (First Principles) Estimating and MS Project software applications.
