I have the responsibility for strategic business support to the CEO, Directors and Management Teams whilst ensuring the smooth running of the office providing high-level administration, leadership, cultural awareness, and HR management. I am a creative and personable professional with over 20 years' administration and business management experience spanning government, entertainment, travel, finance, real estate, property valuation, architecture, interior design, building certifiers, fire engineers and now working with very successful and talented project design, cost estimation and civil/structural engineering teams.
I am genuinely interested in people, implementing best practice solutions, solving problems, thinking outside the box, creating connections, and supporting business objectives. Our people are both the drivers and solutions for our business.
My standalone role not only incorporates supporting the CEO but everyone in the company so I am consistently developing and implementing systems, and processes across the business including best practices, HR procedures, Culture strategies, People and Talent policies, Finance, and Facility management whilst assisting in new business efforts.
