MIEngineers believes in the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility, and in line with this we are proud to engage in several programs with community organisations which allow us to support our local social environment.
2017 marked our second year of participation in The Centre for Disability Studies, “uni 2 beyond” internship pilot program, which offers students with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to gain working experience in the corporate environment.

Continuing our strong commitment and focus on education and support for the next generation of engineers, MIEngineers was a willing sponsor and active participant in the University of Wollongong’s ‘STEM Camp for Girls’.
STEM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) adopts an interdisciplinary and integrated approach to inspire students to ‘make things happen’  through themes that tie into the social sciences and humanities. It particularly highlights how a STEM degree empowers young people to contribute in many areas including the environment, health, humanities and the arts.

We are proud to announce that Associate and Senior Estimator, Alex Jugueta, has achieved Chartered Status (CPEng) with Engineers Australia and has been admitted to the National Engineering Register (NER).
